Chapter No.4, established in the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal

Article 2 – Personal data we process
Chapter No.4 processes personal data because clients make use of the services of Chapter
No.4 and/or because this data is provided by the client themselves. This may include,
among other things, name, email address, telephone number, billing details, and
information that clients voluntarily share during coaching and guidance sessions.
Article 3 – Purposes of data processing
Chapter No.4 processes personal data for the purpose of providing coaching and guidance,
maintaining contact with clients, sending invoices and carrying out administrative
processes, improving services, and complying with legal obligations.
Article 4 – Retention period
Chapter No.4 does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for
which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Administrative
data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods.
Article 5 – Sharing personal data with third parties
Chapter No.4 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is only shared when
this is necessary for the performance of the agreement, to comply with a legal obligation, or
when consent has been given.
Article 6 – Security of personal data
Chapter No.4 takes appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal
data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Article 7 – Rights of data subjects
Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. In addition, clients
may object to the processing of their personal data and may request data portability.
Article 8 – Complaints procedure
Complaints regarding the services of Chapter No.4 can be submitted in writing to Chapter
No.4. Chapter No.4 will handle the complaint with care and will make every effort to reach a
resolution together. If a complaint cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the
client may refer the complaint to the independent complaints procedure to which Chapter
No.4 is affiliated via Zorg voor ZZP.
Article 9 – Changes
Chapter No.4 reserves the right to amend this privacy statement when necessary, for
example due to changes in legislation or services.
